Is there a shuttle from Banff?

The shuttle is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is intended for guests visiting the Sightseeing Chairlift, Cliffhouse Bistro, and Via Ferrata.

The shuttle departs from convenient locations in Banff, including the Banff Train Station and a stop on Banff Avenue, with multiple departures throughout the day. Return shuttles run regularly from Mount Norquay back to Banff, allowing visitors to spend as much time as they like enjoying the mountain before returning to town.
