How high does the chairlift go?

The Mount Norquay Sightseeing Chairlift climbs to an elevation of approximately 2,133 metres (6,998 feet) above sea level. Starting from the base area of Mount Norquay, the chairlift steadily ascends the mountainside, carrying visitors into the alpine environment where cooler temperatures, expansive views, and fresh mountain air await.

As you gain elevation during the approximately 10-minute ride, the scenery changes noticeably. Dense evergreen forests gradually give way to open ski slopes, rocky outcrops, and alpine meadows.
